Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee performance management, appraisals, promotions, training and development.
- Maintain compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
- Manage payroll support, benefits, attendance records, and HR documentation.
- Work with senior management to plan workforce needs, budgeting, and HR strategy.
- Promote a positive work culture, employee engagement, retention, and organizational development.
Requirements / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (in HR / Business / relevant field); HR specialization or prior experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information and exercise discretion.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
