Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee performance management, appraisals, promotions, training and development.
  • Maintain compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
  • Manage payroll support, benefits, attendance records, and HR documentation.
  • Work with senior management to plan workforce needs, budgeting, and HR strategy.
  • Promote a positive work culture, employee engagement, retention, and organizational development.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (in HR / Business / relevant field); HR specialization or prior experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information and exercise discretion.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
