The Senior HR Manager will lead and oversee all human resource functions, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. The role is responsible for developing HR policies, managing talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and driving a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Advise senior management on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Lead change management and HR transformation initiatives
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for all levels
- Develop manpower planning and succession strategies
- Strengthen employer branding and recruitment channels
Performance Management & Development
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems
- Identify training needs and oversee learning & development programs
- Support leadership development and employee career growth
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture
- Ensure effective communication between management and employees
Compensation & Benefits
- Develop and manage compensation structures, benefits, and incentives
- Ensure salary benchmarking and internal equity
- Oversee payroll coordination and HR budgeting
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
- Draft, review, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
- Manage audits and HR documentation
HR Operations & Reporting
- Oversee HR operations, HRIS, and employee records
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
- Lead and mentor the HR team
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior/managerial role in Real Estate Side
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
