Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and defence/aerospace industry requirements
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives for technical, R&D, manufacturing, and corporate teams
• Handle end-to-end recruitment with hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, ATS, and other sourcing and HR tools
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with defence, aerospace, and organizational security standards
• Manage employee relations, including grievance handling, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans
• Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and industry regulations
• Provide HR guidance and advisory support to managers and employees on people policies and procedures
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training, competency development, and succession planning needs
• Drive performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and appraisals
• Oversee disciplinary procedures, internal investigations, and corrective actions as required
• Support leadership in building a compliant, disciplined, and performance-driven organizational culture

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3-6 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in defence, aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated industries
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Proven success in implementing HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability defence and aerospace environment
