Senior HR Manager

Senior HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations while supporting multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in manpower outsourcing or HR services, deep knowledge of UAE Labour Law, and proven team leadership skills.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, and leveraging AI and modern HR tools to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple client portfolios
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and related regulations
• Oversee employee lifecycle management: onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, performance management, and offboarding
• Manage and mentor HR team members, ensuring high service standards
• Act as a strategic HR partner to clients, addressing workforce and compliance needs
• Implement and optimize HR systems, AI tools, and digital workflows to improve efficiency
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
• Prepare HR reports, audits, and documentation as required

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role in HR services or manpower outsourcing
• Strong, hands-on knowledge of UAE Labour Law
• Experience managing HR operations for multiple clients
• Demonstrated team leadership and people management skills
• Comfortable using AI-driven tools, HRIS, and modern HR technologies
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
