Senior HR Manager

American Lycetuff DNK Education System is seeking a highly competent and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resource functions at the Head Office. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in shaping HR policies, driving organizational development, and fostering a professional, compliant, and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the complete recruitment and talent acquisition lifecycle

Design and manage performance appraisal systems and staff development programs

Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality and compliance standards

Support senior management in strategic planning and organizational growth

Supervise and mentor the HR team to ensure operational excellence

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 3–4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a senior or leadership role

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment

Female is highly preferred.
