The Senior HR Manager – HR Compliance, Governance & Immigration plays a critical role in strengthening the company’s HR operational compliance, employee relations practices, and immigration programs across the organization.
This position serves as the company’s subject matter expert in workplace investigations, HR policy compliance, and employment-related risk management, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, and leadership to ensure consistent application of employment policies and regulatory requirements.
The role will also oversee the company’s immigration sponsorship programs and provide guidance to leaders and HR teams on employment compliance matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant focus on employee relations and HR compliance
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance practices
- Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state organizations
- Solid experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex employee relations issues
- Experience managing or supporting employment-based immigration programs

HR Governance & Workplace Investigations
- Lead and manage workplace investigations related to employee complaints, ethics concerns, harassment, discrimination, policy violations, and other employee relations matters.
- Provide expert guidance to HR Business Partners and leaders on complex employee relations cases.
- Ensure investigations are conducted fairly, confidentially, and in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare investigation documentation, findings, and recommendations for appropriate resolution.
Identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to reduce employee relations risk.
