Senior HR Manager – IT Startup

Location: Bengaluru (Onsite)
Experience: Minimum 8 years
Salary: Up to ₹30 LPA

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with founders to define and execute HR strategies aligned with company growth.
  • Build and scale company culture and people processes from the ground up.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, non-technical, and leadership roles.
  • Design and implement HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
  • Manage HR operations, compliance, and labor laws.
  • Coach and support leaders in organizational development and team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of core HR experience, with 4+ years in IT product/startup or SaaS environments.
  • Proven ability to scale teams from early-stage (50–100) to mid-scale (300+ employees).
  • Strong background in end-to-end hiring and leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of startup culture, agility, and people management nuances.
  • Working knowledge of modern HRMS tools, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Energetic, people-first mindset with a balance of strategy and execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
