Senior HR Manager Saudi National (6-Month Contract)

On behalf of our exclusive client, a confidential and newly established PIF-owned company, we are seeking a visionary and strategic Senior HR Manager for a critical 6-month contract. This is a rare opportunity to join a landmark venture at its inception and build its human capital framework from the ground up.


Our client is poised to become a major entity within Saudi Arabia's dynamic economic landscape. Backed by a significant PIF investment and aligned with the ambitious goals of Vision 2030, the organization is building its foundational team in Jeddah.


As the Senior HR Manager, you will be the architect of the company’s culture and people strategy. You will be empowered to design and implement the full spectrum of HR functions that will attract, retain, and develop the world-class talent needed for success. This is a role for a true builder who wants to create a lasting legacy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy & Policy: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy, including all policies, procedures, and the employee handbook, from scratch.


  • Talent Acquisition Leadership: Design the talent acquisition strategy and lead the recruitment drive to build the company’s foundational team across all departments.


  • Compensation & Benefits: Create and manage a competitive compensation and benefits structure that aligns with the market and company objectives.


  • Performance Management: Establish a robust performance management framework, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development programs.


  • Employee Relations & Culture: Act as the champion for company culture, managing employee relations and fostering a positive, high-performance work environment.


  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all strategic human capital matters, from organizational design to talent management.


Qualifications & Experience (Must-Haves):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP) are highly advantageous.
  • A minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in HR, with a significant portion spent in a leadership or strategic role.
  • Demonstrable experience setting up an HR function from the ground up within a start-up, new business unit, or project-based environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies, recruitment strategies, and compensation frameworks.

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is strongly preferred.
