- Manage the full employee life cycle (recruitment, onboarding, orientation, probation, contract renewal, and exit process).
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook in line with Qatari labor law.
- Prepare offer letters, and HR-related correspondence.
- Maintain accurate employee records (hard copy and digital HR system).
- Ensure compliance with Qatari labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee relations professionally.
- Support managers in performance appraisal and training needs analysis.
- Manage leave administration (annual leave, sick leave, emergency leave, etc.).
- Coordinate with PRO for visa, QID, and other government-related HR processes.
Payroll & Compensation:
- Manage monthly payroll preparation and processing in coordination with Finance.
- Verify attendance, overtime, deductions, and allowances before finalizing payroll.
- Ensure timely WPS (Wage Protection System) compliance and salary transfers.
- Process end-of-service benefits, gratuity, and final settlements.
- Handle staff medical insurance and renewals.
- Maintain payroll records and reports for management review.
Talent Management & Development:
- Assist in workforce planning and recruitment for new positions.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions for staff.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience (preferably in Real Estate or Construction sector in Qatar).
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and WPS system.
- Experience in payroll management and HR systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
