Overview
The Senior Human Resources Associate plays a pivotal role in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the organization's goals. This position is responsible for managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human capital management and demonstrate exceptional communication skills to foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to staff and management.
  • Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA, and other employment and labor laws.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with workforce management strategies.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and performance management processes to drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Implement change management strategies to support organizational growth and transformation.
  • Utilize HRIS systems such as Paylocity for data entry and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate on strategic planning initiatives related to organization design and succession planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of HR activities, ensuring data integrity for reporting purposes.

Skills

  • Proficient in human resources management principles including talent management, employee orientation, and affirmative action planning.
  • Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and familiarity with ATS platforms like iCIMS or Lever.
  • Experience with payroll systems such as ADP or Paylocity, along with benefits administration expertise.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills for data collection and reporting using tools like Salesforce or Dayforce.
  • Exceptional communication skills for conflict management and fostering positive employee relations.
  • Familiarity with Kronos or UltiPro for timekeeping and attendance tracking is preferred.
  • Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on strategic human resources initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to human resources challenges while promoting a culture of inclusivity and engagement within the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
