About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior HR Recruiter with proven expertise in IT talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the tech industry, an in-depth understanding of IT roles, and the ability to design innovative hiring strategies to attract top technical talent. You will play a key role in scaling our engineering, product, and IT teams while ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Architects, Data Scientists, Cybersecurity Specialists, and Product Managers.

Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand skill requirements, project demands, and team culture.

Drive proactive sourcing through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, referrals, networking events, and headhunting.

Conduct thorough HR interviews to assess both technical understanding (at a high level) and cultural fit.

Collaborate with technical panels to streamline interview processes and ensure consistent evaluation standards.

Develop talent pipelines for niche skills in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Cloud, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, etc.).

Provide data-driven insights on market salary trends, skill availability, and hiring timelines to stakeholders.

Mentor junior recruiters and share IT-specific sourcing and screening best practices.

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, data protection, and diversity & inclusion goals

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).

5+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.

Deep understanding of IT technologies, terminologies, and talent market trends.

Hands-on experience with modern sourcing tools and ATS platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, HackerRank, etc.).

Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth IT environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
