Role Overview

The Head HR Recruiter will play a strategic leadership role in shaping the company’s talent acquisition function. This role involves designing recruitment strategies, strengthening hiring processes, leading the internal recruitment team, and ensuring a robust pipeline of skilled professionals across all departments. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong strategic thinking, people management abilities, and a deep understanding of modern recruitment methodologies.

1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning

· Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.

· Partner with management and function heads to forecast manpower needs.

· Define, streamline, and optimize recruitment processes for speed, efficiency, and quality.

· Track and analyze hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to strengthen decision-making.

2. Team Leadership & Management

· Lead, guide, and mentor the internal recruitment team.

· Allocate tasks, define KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.

· Build strong coordination between HR- operations team and managers

3. Talent Sourcing & Candidate Management

· Develop a strong talent pipeline using job portals, social media, referrals etc.

· Ensure an excellent candidate experience with transparency and timely communication.

· Oversee and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for data accuracy and hiring compliance.

4. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

· Stay updated with the latest market trends, recruitment technologies, and industry best practices.

· Introduce digital tools and automation to improve hiring efficiency.

5. Key Skills & Competencies

· Strategic workforce planning and execution

· Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills

· Data-driven mindset and analytical thinking

· Expertise in recruitment technology, ATS, and HR tools

· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

· Knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and ethical hiring practices
