Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter

Job Summary

The Senior HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing effective hiring strategies, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent. This role also involves mentoring junior recruiters and collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level to senior positions
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (job portals, referrals, social media, networking)
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview processes
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain and update recruitment data and reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Support employer branding initiatives
  • Guide and mentor junior recruiters

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and job portals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
  • Good understanding of HR policies and hiring best practices

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in bulk hiring or niche skill recruitment
  • Knowledge of local labor laws
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
