Unison Globus is looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of experience in the KPO industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
• Source talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other effective channels.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure timely updates.
• Handle offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
• Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and niche roles within the KPO domain.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a KPO environment.
• Strong communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously and deliver within timelines.
• Experience using recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
