We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Specialist in Lahore to manage HR operations, support strategic initiatives, and ensure a positive employee experience across the organization.
Role Overview
The Senior HR Specialist will be responsible for overseeing HR processes, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and policy implementation. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, HR expertise, and the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates; conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential talent for current and future hiring needs.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Promote employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and workplace culture.
- Support conflict resolution and ensure a positive work environment.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance management, and benefits administration.
Performance Management & Development
- Support performance appraisal processes and ensure timely evaluations.
- Identify training and development needs in collaboration with department heads.
- Assist in designing and implementing learning & development programs.
HR Strategy & Reporting
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analysis for management review.
- Contribute to HR policy development and implementation.
- Support HR strategy initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications preferred (e.g., SHRM, HRCI).
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or specialist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR reporting.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
