Job Overview
Al-Haadi Mobilya is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Specialist to manage and enhance core HR functions across the organization. The role requires a strong understanding of HR operations, talent management, employee relations, and compliance, supporting the company’s growth within a dynamic manufacturing and retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Lead recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Coordinate manpower planning in collaboration with department heads
- Support employer branding and talent retention initiatives
Employee Relations & Performance Management:
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee development plans
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives
HR Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review
- Monitor HR KPIs such as turnover, attendance, and recruitment effectiveness
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to senior HR responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-management skills
- Experience working in manufacturing, retail, or corporate environments is preferred
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
