Job Overview

Al-Haadi Mobilya is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Specialist to manage and enhance core HR functions across the organization. The role requires a strong understanding of HR operations, talent management, employee relations, and compliance, supporting the company’s growth within a dynamic manufacturing and retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

  • Lead recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Coordinate manpower planning in collaboration with department heads
  • Support employer branding and talent retention initiatives

Employee Relations & Performance Management:

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee development plans
  • Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs
  • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives

HR Reporting & Analytics:

  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review
  • Monitor HR KPIs such as turnover, attendance, and recruitment effectiveness

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to senior HR responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-management skills
  • Experience working in manufacturing, retail, or corporate environments is preferred
  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
