Job Summary

The Senior HR Supervisor is responsible for supervising and managing HR operations activities across the employee lifecycle to ensure a smooth, compliant, and positive employee experience. The role oversees HR operational planning and execution, supports policy implementation, and ensures adherence to internal policies, Saudi labor law, and regulatory requirements. The position also plays a key role in staff development, HR data management, and cross-functional coordination.


Responsibilities:

  • Recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures
  • Support the implementation of approved HR policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Administer employee leave applications and maintain accurate records
  • Supervise onboarding and orientation processes for new employees
  • Execute employee contracts and manage probation appraisal processes
  • Supervise GOSI-related activities and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate payroll processing with the Finance department
  • Handle employee transfers, relocations, and related coordination with Administration
  • Oversee employee loans, advances, attendance, and overtime records
  • Ensure timely issuance of employee letters and salary certificates
  • Conduct investigations, handle grievances, and support disciplinary actions in line with company policy and labor law
  • Notify relevant stakeholders regarding employee resignations and approvals
  • Supervise End of Service Benefits (ESB) settlements
  • Oversee employee medical insurance matters
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Support Organizational Development (OD) activities, including training and development, when required
  • Supervise updating and maintaining employee data in HR systems
  • Ensure employee files are complete, accurate, and properly archived
  • Identify development areas for subordinates and support their continuous growth
  • Provide coaching and constructive feedback to enhance team performance
  • Recommend training programs to bridge skill gaps
  • Perform additional HR-related projects or assignments as requested by management


Qualifications & Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent field
  • CIPD, SHRM, or PHR-i
  • Minimum of 6 years and up to 10 years of HR experience
  • English: Fluent
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law
  • Strong knowledge of internal HR policies and procedures
  • Full understanding of CCHI rules and regulations
  • Practical business acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Leadership and people management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Interviewing and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to handle challenging situations effectively
  • Capability to manage difficult conversations professionally
