About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Manager with a strong technical background to lead and oversee all aspects of human resource management within our dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in IT, software development, or technology-based organizations and be capable of managing HR functions specifically tailored for technical teams.
The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for technical talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and culture building — ensuring that Emilo Ventures attracts, retains, and develops top technical and managerial talent.
This leadership role is pivotal in shaping a positive workplace culture while aligning HR practices with the company’s business and technology goals.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across technical and non-technical roles.
- Lead end-to-end technical hiring for roles such as Frontend/Backend Developers, Mobile App Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Product Managers.
- Collaborate with technical leads and department heads to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong technical talent pipeline through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and professional tech communities.
- Strengthen the company’s employer branding in the tech market.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Build and implement programs to promote employee satisfaction, retention, and professional growth.
- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Design engagement activities focused on tech teams to enhance innovation and cross-functional teamwork.
Performance Management & Development
- Implement structured performance appraisal systems and define measurable KPIs.
- Drive learning and development initiatives, including technical skill enhancement and leadership training programs.
- Support managers in performance reviews, feedback discussions, and growth planning.
Policy & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies comply with local labor laws and company regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation.
- Develop policies aligned with the tech team's needs, including remote work flexibility, project-based evaluation, and incentive programs.
Culture & Organizational Development
- Champion company culture, values, and team collaboration.
- Support leadership in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Promote a culture of innovation, transparency, and continuous learning across technical departments.
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll, salary structuring, and benefits administration.
- Benchmark compensation structures against IT industry standards for competitiveness.
- Implement performance-based and technology-role-specific reward systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- Mandatory: Proven background in IT or technology recruitment (experience in hiring for software, product, or engineering teams).
- Candidates from non-technical domains will not be considered.
- 4–6 years of overall HR experience with at least 2–3 years in technical recruitment or IT hiring.
- Experience in IT/Software, product-based, or startup environments.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks (MERN, DevOps, QA, Cloud), and modern hiring trends in the IT sector.
- Knowledge of HRMS tools (Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR, etc.).
- Exposure to talent branding, employer branding, and campus engagement programs.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
