Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment cycle for white- and blue-collar roles.
- Maintain HR operations including attendance, leave records, HRMS updates, and employee files.
- Implement KRAs, track progress, and support performance reviews across departments.
- Identify training needs, coordinate internal/external training programs, and maintain training MIS.
- Strengthen coordination and communication between employees and management.
- Handle employee grievances, discipline, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Work closely with the Director/EA on HR strategies, reporting, and process improvements.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations & statutory compliance
- Hands-on hiring and talent acquisition
- KRA drafting & implementation
- Training planning and execution
- Employee communication & conflict resolution
- Experience in a manufacturing setup
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.70 per month
