Position: Senior Human Resource & Administration Manager

Role Overview
The Senior Human Resource & Administration Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of HR, Administration, and Statutory Compliance for Elettro’s manufacturing facility in Daman. The role demands a highly experienced professional with strong exposure to factory operations, labour laws, compliance, and administrative systems, capable of maintaining the plant at a high professional and regulatory standard.
The factory has approximately 80 shop-floor workers and 6–7 staff employees. The incumbent will act as a single-point owner for people management, plant administration, discipline, and statutory adherence, while working closely with management.
Key Responsibilities. Human Resource Management
- End-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exits
- Workforce planning for factory workers and staff
- Attendance, shift management, leave management, overtime, and payroll coordination
- Performance management, appraisals, and disciplinary processes
- Employee engagement, grievance handling, counselling, and conflict resolution
- Drafting, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and SOPs
2. Labour Law & Statutory Compliance
- Complete compliance with Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Shops & Establishments, Minimum Wages, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, and other applicable laws
- Handling inspections, audits, and liaison with labour department and government authorities
- Maintaining statutory registers, returns, licenses, and renewals
- Ensuring zero non-compliance and strong documentation discipline
3. Administration & Facility Management
- Overall plant administration including security, housekeeping, canteen (if applicable), transport, utilities, and maintenance coordination
- Vendor management for security, housekeeping, repairs, and other admin services
- Asset management and upkeep of factory premises
- Implementation of systems for smooth daily factory operations
4. Discipline, Safety & Factory Standards
- Ensuring discipline, punctuality, and adherence to factory rules
- Implementing and monitoring safety standards, statutory safety norms, and best practices
- Supporting audits related to safety, compliance, and quality
- Creating a professional, orderly, and compliant factory environment
5. Management Support & Reporting
- Acting as a trusted advisor to management on HR, labour, and admin matters
- MIS reporting on manpower, attendance, attrition, compliance, and admin costs
- Supporting management during expansions, audits, or operational changes
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 10–15+ years of strong HR & Administration experience in a manufacturing / factory environment
- Proven hands-on exposure to labour laws, factory compliance, and government liaison
- Strong understanding of shop-floor dynamics and worker management
- Ability to independently handle HR & Admin without heavy supervision
- Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High integrity, firmness, and people-handling maturity

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
