Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality hiring for both internal requirements and client mandates.
* Independently handle end-to-end recruitment processes for critical positions across multiple entities.
* Oversee employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
* Ensure all assigned positions are filled within the allotted timeframe of 7 working days.
* Manage a team of 2 to 3 recruiters.
* Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale and productivity.
* Drive automation and digitization of manual HR processes to improve departmental efficiency.
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with UAE labor laws and internal standards.
* Support the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
* Collaborate with department heads to resolve employee issues and improve retention.
* Prepare and present HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to management.
* Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skillsets and performance.
