Job Title: HR Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR

operations and coordinate between the Head Office and Factory locations. The ideal candidate will

have a strong background in HR functions such as recruitment, compliance, employee

engagement, and administration, preferably from the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll

coordination, and employee records.

  • Handle factory-level HR activities such as compliance, labor documentation, leave

management, and statutory requirements.

  • Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
  • Coordinate between the Head Office and Factory for HR processes, ensuring smooth

communication and consistency in policies.

  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, and other confidential documentation.
  • Prepare and present HR reports, MIS, and analysis for management review.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
  • Support management in policy formulation, employee development, and internal

communications.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree (MBA in HR preferred).
  • Additional certifications in HR, Administration, Communication, or IT will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong English drafting and correspondence skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office — particularly:

- MS Excel: Formulas, tabulation, data analysis, and speed accuracy.

- MS PowerPoint: Presentation creation and formatting.

- MS Word: Professional documentation and formatting.

  • Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast, accurate, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
