Job Title: HR Executive
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR
operations and coordinate between the Head Office and Factory locations. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in HR functions such as recruitment, compliance, employee
engagement, and administration, preferably from the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll
coordination, and employee records.
- Handle factory-level HR activities such as compliance, labor documentation, leave
management, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
- Coordinate between the Head Office and Factory for HR processes, ensuring smooth
communication and consistency in policies.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, and other confidential documentation.
- Prepare and present HR reports, MIS, and analysis for management review.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
- Support management in policy formulation, employee development, and internal
communications.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree (MBA in HR preferred).
- Additional certifications in HR, Administration, Communication, or IT will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong English drafting and correspondence skills.
- Proficient in MS Office — particularly:
- MS Excel: Formulas, tabulation, data analysis, and speed accuracy.
- MS PowerPoint: Presentation creation and formatting.
- MS Word: Professional documentation and formatting.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fast, accurate, and detail-oriented approach to work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
