Role: Senior HR Specialist


As a Senior HR Specialist at Americana Restaurants, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and supporting the organization’s people strategy. This role requires a hands-on HR professional with a strong background in recruitment, onboarding, communication, and training coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting and sourcing to interviews and onboarding
  • Drive the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires
  • Oversee internal HR communications to keep teams informed and connected
  • Coordinate employee training programs and support development initiatives
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and talent priorities
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
  • Support HR reporting, data entry, and personnel documentation


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-brand environment
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/systems
