We are looking for a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner who can act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving organizational effectiveness and aligning people strategies with business goals.



QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus),
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; able to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization,
  • Experience in organizational development, talent management, and change management,
  • Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing business needs.



JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Support business leaders by aligning HR strategies with company goals, analyzing workforce data, and delivering insights that drive informed decisions,
  • Drive organizational growth by leading learning initiatives and strategies that enhance engagement, performance, and retention,
  • Provide managers with guidance on workforce planning and talent development, while effectively resolving complex employee relations with a solution-focused approach,
  • Oversee and continuously improve HR policies and processes while ensuring compliance with labor laws, company standards, and ethical practices,
  • Prepare regular reports on HR processes to inform senior management and support strategic decision-making, utilizing strong presentation skills to effectively communicate insights,
  • Partner with internal communications to ensure consistent and effective messaging of HR initiatives.
