Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of human capital management, employee relations, and talent acquisition. You will play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace culture while managing HR processes effectively. This job is not remote.

Duties

  • Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Administer employee orientation programs to facilitate smooth integration into the company.
  • Oversee employee evaluation processes and performance management initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on FMLA, workers' compensation, and other benefits administration.
  • Support change management efforts by assisting with organization design and strategic planning.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data entry and ensure compliance with employment & labor laws.
  • Foster positive employee relations through effective conflict management and communication strategies.
  • Implement training & development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Assist in affirmative action planning and succession planning efforts to promote diversity within the workforce.
  • Utilize various HR tools such as ATS, Oracle HCM, Workday, Paychex, Dayforce, Kronos, UltiPro, iCIMS, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Ceridian for efficient HR operations.
  • Conduct data collection and analysis to inform HR strategies and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with talent management processes including recruiting, performance management, and employee evaluation.
  • Proficiency in using HR software systems such as Lever, Salesforce, ADP, Taleo, Paylocity for efficient HR operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in social media management for employer branding purposes is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $89,389.55 per year
