LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support our Corporate Headquarters and U.S. salaried population. This individual will serve as a true HR generalist—owning key HR programs and processes while partnering closely with leadership to drive engagement, performance, and organizational alignment.
This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, working in a lean HR structure, and helping mature HR programs that are already in place. The right person brings both operational execution and strategic insight, and thrives in a collaborative, non-compartmentalized HR environment.
