- End-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, offer/negotiation & onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital).
- Assist in payroll administration, attendance, leave management.
- Support implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training & development programs and orientation/induction sessions.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and support resolution / disciplinary procedures.
- Monitor performance appraisal cycles, feedback & development plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company statutory requirements.
- Support HR data and MIS reporting (HR metrics, dashboards).
- Organise employee engagement activities.
- Assist in exit / offboarding processes and exit interviews.
