Our client, a leading global company in FMCG sector, is looking for a'' Senior Human Resources Manager '' located in İstanbul.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field 
  • 15+ years' experience in technical and functional components of human resources  
  • Understanding of core HR processes, policies and practices
  • Deep knowledge of Turkish labor law and success in working with trade union 
  • Knowledge and experience working in talent attraction, performance management, training & development, employee engagement, recruitment, labor legislation and work safety.
  • Able to think strategically, analytically, committed to positive workplace culture, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills


Responsibilities


  • Drive all HR processes within related account (recruitment, performance management, career, compensation management, engagement survey etc.)
  • Evaluates and monitor performance management and compensation/benefits practices. 
  • Supports and enhances management capabilities to lead effectively and facilitate employee engagement. 
  • Provides direction and oversight to ensure adherence to company processes and policies, legal/statutory requirements. 
  • Provides human resources advice and consultation to employees and management, to include coaching and counseling on performance management issues, conflict management, development opportunities and interpretation of employment policies and resolution. 
  • Manages labor, provides advice, and counsels on labor issues. 
  • Stays current on recent law changes and monitors labor law updates for changes that affect human resources. 
  • Proposes and develop personnel policies in accordance with the local leadership and regional human resources leadership team. 
  • Conducts needs assessments, develops training curriculum, and conducts training sessions on various human resource topics. 
  • Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
