Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field

15+ years' experience in technical and functional components of human resources

Understanding of core HR processes, policies and practices
-
Deep knowledge of Turkish labor law and success in working with trade union
-
Knowledge and experience working in talent attraction, performance management, training & development, employee engagement, recruitment, labor legislation and work safety.

Able to think strategically, analytically, committed to positive workplace culture, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
-
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities

Drive all HR processes within related account (recruitment, performance management, career, compensation management, engagement survey etc.)

Evaluates and monitor performance management and compensation/benefits practices.

Supports and enhances management capabilities to lead effectively and facilitate employee engagement.

Provides direction and oversight to ensure adherence to company processes and policies, legal/statutory requirements.

Provides human resources advice and consultation to employees and management, to include coaching and counseling on performance management issues, conflict management, development opportunities and interpretation of employment policies and resolution.

Manages labor, provides advice, and counsels on labor issues.

Stays current on recent law changes and monitors labor law updates for changes that affect human resources.

Proposes and develop personnel policies in accordance with the local leadership and regional human resources leadership team.

Conducts needs assessments, develops training curriculum, and conducts training sessions on various human resource topics.

Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
