Senior Human Resources Officer-Recruitment

Role Purpose

The Senior HR Officer will primarily handle recruitment, manpower planning, and HR operational support for the construction business. This role is non-payroll and works closely with site HR, project teams, and management to ensure timely mobilization of manpower and proper implementation of HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for construction manpower (Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, Technicians, Helpers, Skilled & Unskilled Workers).
  • Coordinate local and overseas recruitment, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, and selection.
  • Plan manpower requirements in coordination with projects and site HR.
  • Organize walk-in interviews and urgent hiring drives.
  • Ensure timely mobilization and deployment of manpower to sites.
  • Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities (non-payroll).
  • Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and SOPs across projects.
  • Communicate HR policies to new joiners during induction.
  • Assist management in updating recruitment and HR procedures.
  • Maintain recruitment records, employee files, and manpower trackers.
  • Coordinate with site HR for attendance inputs, employee movements, and disciplinary actions.
  • Support contract preparation, renewals, and documentation.

Skills

  • Minimum 6 to 10 years' experience in Construction Recruitment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
