Kaspersky is looking for a presales manager to run presales activities within the Territory and help Sales team to identify new business opportunities. The role is responsible for support of KL members of sales team and channel partners in convincing customer about KL expertise and products win over competition, perform POCs with positive feedbacks.
Responsibilities:

Provide HR support and guidance to employees on various HR-related matters, including employee relations, benefits, policies, and procedures;

Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and employment laws to ensure compliance and proactively address HR issues;

Manage all Government related reports and Portal such as not limited to : GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa,etc;
-
Propose development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with labor laws;

Responsible for HR operational, such as Employment Contracts preparations, amendments, Personnel file management (arrange all personnel-related documentation to be in place, properly and timely signed and updated, compliant with local specific and HQ requirements), policies, HR System management (ensure that all personnel-related information in the system is updated, contracts uploaded);

Administer employee benefits, leaves and perks, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries for medical insurance;

Payroll data management across the region: ensure that all data required for payroll are collected and submitted to payroll including implement Overtimes, benefits, bonuses, salary review according to guidance, attendance record, leave record, social insurance, supplemental insurance if any, allowances if any, etc.;

Organize and administer onboarding, termination process, training process, other HR-related processes for employees;

Analyze HR data and provide reports;

Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned;

Manage regional HR providers of Medical Insurance, outstaffing and others from getting the quotations, conducting tender and selecting the provider, signing the contracts and manage all contractual and operational activities incl. performance of the provider and quality of the rendered services.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field;

3–5+ years of relevant HR experience
in Saudi Arabia and international markets;

Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR regulations;

Experience with HRIS / HR management systems;

Hands-on experience in payroll coordination
, including overtime, benefits, allowances, and salary adjustments;

Solid background in employee relations
, onboarding/offboarding, policy implementation, and compliance;

Experience managing external HR service providers
;

Excellent organizational and documentation skills
, including contract and personnel file management;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
, with the ability to work across different levels and cultures

High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with integrity;

Fluent in English
and Arabic.
