Job Purpose

The Senior HR Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing HR operational processes across the full employee lifecycle to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality HR service delivery.

The role supports the organization by managing personnel administration, employee records, benefits administration, compliance with Saudi labor law, and coordination with payroll and government relations functions .

The position also plays a key role in improving HR processes, ensuring accurate HR documentation, and supporting HR leadership in maintaining operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Manage and oversee all employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contract administration, promotions, transfers, leaves, and offboarding

• Ensure accurate updates of employee records, salary adjustments, and personnel changes

HR Operations & Personnel Administration

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files

• Ensure proper documentation of employment contracts, HR letters, and employee records

Benefits Administration

• Manage and administer employee benefits programs including insurance, allowances, and benefits changes

• Ensure proper processing and maintenance of employee benefits records

Compliance & Labor Law

• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, company policies, and government regulations

• Support internal HR audits and maintain proper documentation for regulatory compliance

Employee Relations

• Support employees with HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on company policies

• Address employee concerns and escalate complex cases when required

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Finance, Payroll, and Government Relations teams to ensure smooth HR operations

• Ensure timely and accurate HR data required for payroll processing

HR Reporting & Data Management

• Prepare HR operational reports such as headcount reports, employee data analysis, and HR metrics

• Maintain HR data accuracy across HRIS systems


Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve HR operational processes and workflows

• Support the implementation of HR systems or process improvements when required


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HR operations or personnel administration

• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR operational procedures

• Experience managing employee lifecycle processes

• Experience coordinating HR documentation, payroll data, and employee records

• Ability to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office


Preferred Experience

• Experience in large organizations or multi-site environments

• Experience in facility management, construction, or service-based industries

• Knowledge of Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements


Experience Required

Minimum 5–8 years of HR operations experience
