Senior HVAC Mechanical Engineer

Pay: $120,000–$150,000 per year |Relocation assistance available | Onsite in Tampa, FL

What You’ll Do

• Design HVAC, plumbing, fire systems
• Create construction plans and specs
• Manage and mentor junior engineers
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders
• Submit permit documents to agencies
• Attend site visits and project meetings
• Review shop drawings and RFIs
• Support change orders and closeouts

Must-Have Qualifications

• Active PE license (required)
• BS in Mechanical Engineering (ABET)
• 6+ years MEP design experience
• Revit experience required
• HVAC system design expertise
• Construction administration experience
• Strong communication skills

Nice to Have

• Healthcare project experience
• Knowledge of Florida building codes
• Experience with energy modeling
• Experience mentoring engineers
