Strategy Engineer - Project Results Management Office

Under general supervision of Project and Results Management Office leadership and executive leaders, the Strategy Engineer oversees the design and implementation of process improvement projects and new services and workflows. The Strategy Engineer is responsible for complex, system wide projects and execution of organizational strategy. The Strategy Engineer is a problem solver who supports operational excellence and strategic growth.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for the assessment, design, development, and implementation of process strategies to optimize organizational performance.
• Continuously drive consistency and improvement in execution of organizational strategy, and essential health system operational tasks and processes.
• Able to lead the design and successful launch of new workflows and physical assets to improve throughput, efficiency, quality, and patient experience.

• Bachelor's Degree Business or Bachelor's degree in healthcare Related Field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• A minimum (4) four years of relevant work experience is required for Bachelor’s degree or two (2) years relevant work experience required with a Master’s degree.
• Formal Project Management training or education.
