The Role

We’re hiring a Senior HVAC Service Technician who is the one others call when they can’t figure it out. If you have exceptional diagnostic skills, can solve complex issues without guesswork, and want to be respected (and paid) for your expertise—this is your lane.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair complex HVAC system issues across commercial and restaurant equipment
• Work on RTUs, split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and advanced controls
• Handle high-level troubleshooting others can’t solve
• Support and mentor junior and mid-level technicians when needed
• Identify root causes—not just symptoms—and fix them right the first time
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Accurately document diagnostics and repairs using company iPad

What Sets You Apart

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience
• Proven high-level diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Strong understanding of electrical, refrigeration cycles, and controls
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
