Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Technician with at least 4 to 6 years of hands-on UAE experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and experience handling commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including split units, package units, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for air conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot compressors, motors, thermostats, control panels, and refrigerant systems.
• Ensure proper gas charging, leak testing, and system performance checks.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and MEP layouts.
• Supervise and guide junior technicians and helpers.
• Ensure work is completed as per safety standards and UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors, clients, and site engineers.
• Maintain service records and prepare daily work reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of HVAC experience in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of chilled water systems and ducted systems.
• Experience in commercial towers, malls, hospitals, or residential buildings.
• Ability to handle emergency breakdowns independently.
• Good knowledge of safety procedures and tools.
