Senior Import Specialist

We are in search of a Senior Import Specialist to join the Zoomlion Family.

What do we expect from you?

Job Responsibilities:

• Drives a culture of “Do It Safely, Do It Right the First Time” with actions and words on a daily basis,
• Having a minimum of 7 and plus years in Logistics and excellent knowledge in Sea Import, Internal Transport and Customs Clearence is a must,
• Having very good knowledge in incoterms is a must,
• Speaking, Understanding ad Writing Fluency in English is a must,
• Safely and efficiently performs assigned processes to meet the required daily logistics activities,
• Collaborates and communicates with Headquarters logistics office, customer service representatives, and others involved in the shipment,
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of shipments,
• Controlling all movements of related products and materials inside and outside the company,
• Knowledge in Storage, distribution, transportation, planning of systems,
• Coordinating between departments and service providers,
• Responsible of reporting to Global Office Headquarters Logistics Department

Qualifications / Skills:

• Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges,
• Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time-constrained environment,
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English,
• Having a Class B driver's license and be an active driver,
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency,
• Able to work independently and within a team.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Graduated from foreign trade, business, and related departments of universities,
• 7+ years of relevant industry experience in logistics operations,
• 7+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory management, and import/export operations experience,
• Detailed and meticulous,
• Experience in filing,
• Experience processing shipments using UPS, DHL, and FedEx software Basic proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides,
• Will be able to adapt to flexible working hours when necessary and during busy periods.
