Senior Inbound Sales Specialist (7+ Years Experience) (Night Shift)

We are looking for a highly experienced Inbound Sales Specialist with at least 7 years of proven experience handling inbound leads and converting them into long-term customers. The ideal candidate is consultative, process-driven, and skilled at understanding client needs to deliver tailored solutions while consistently hitting revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone calls, emails, and online channels
• Communicate fluently and professionally in English with prospects and clients
• Qualify inbound leads and understand customer requirements
• Present products or services clearly and persuasively
• Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to closing
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of inbound sales experience
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Proven ability to close deals and handle objections confidently
• Experience with CRM tools (Bitrix, HubSpot, or similar)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B or service-based sales
• Experience handling international clients
