Senior Indoor Sales Executive

Role Summary:
Midas is looking for an experienced Senior Indoor Sales Executive to lead by example and elevate our sales efforts. This position requires a professional who can not only manage a high-volume of client interactions but also mentor junior team members and handle more complex sales cycles. You will be instrumental in achieving team targets and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage a dedicated portfolio of key accounts and high-value prospects.

· Conduct advanced sales negotiations and close deals through calls, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.

· Guide and mentor Junior Indoor Sales Executives, providing training and support to enhance their performance.

· Handle escalated customer queries and provide expert-level solutions.

· Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

· Coordinate with the sales management team to refine sales processes and strategies.

· Achieve and consistently exceed ambitious personal and team sales targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in indoor sales, telesales, or a similar B2C/B2B sales environment.

· Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

· Strong leadership qualities and experience in coaching or mentoring junior staff.

· Superior negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.

· Expertise in using digital sales tools, including WhatsApp Business and CRM software.

Salary: Attractive package including a high base salary and a lucrative commission structure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£12,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
