Senior Information Security Specialist

Key Objectives:

Conduct all kinds of security jobs such as IT security and physical security for Middle East and Africa subsidiaries as MENA Regional Office. Work on security audit, threat detection, analysis, reporting and prevention with regional manager. Maintain regular communication on security policy and awareness campaign with all employees

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop, review and implement security policies
• Review and improve current security measures
• Ensure company security policies are adhered to
• Manage security incidents and implement prevention measures
• Manage and monitor security systems to detect and prevent any security any threats and incidents
• Actively run security awareness campaign to educate employees on best practices, policies and procedures
• Stay up to date on security threads and trends to update policies and tools
• Respond to the corporate security team in a timely manner regarding any issued security measure

Essential skills and Qualifications (Experience, Education, Licensure & language skills) :

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred in the fields of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, including experience in deploying/operating security enterprise technologies
• Knowledge of network, server, system and etc.
• Knowledge of firewall, proxy and security devices
• Documenting and Data handling (Excel)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive, independent, responsible attitude
• Experience for SIEM, Cloud(AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred
