The Opportunity

We are seeking a senior technology and innovation leader with the expertise to shape Zenith’s technology roadmap, inspire high-performing teams, and deliver transformative security solutions. This role combines AI software development leadership, deep insight into security technologies, and vision for integrated software-hardware ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Zenith’s AI and software development programs, delivering advanced applications and analytics for public security.

Guide and optimize software, engineering, and technical teams — ensuring mission-critical projects are delivered at scale.

Drive innovation in traffic enforcement, intelligent patrols, SAR systems, cybercrime monitoring, and OSINT/media analytics.

Oversee integration of software and hardware technologies into seamless, field-ready solutions.

Foster a forward-thinking, can-do culture with a focus on innovation, quality, and timely delivery.

Collaborate with governments, agencies, and international partners to advance Zenith’s global security leadership.

What We’re Looking For

15+ years’ experience in senior technology leadership across public security, law enforcement tech, or advanced software/hardware sectors.

Vast knowledge of AI software development, with proven success leading software developer teams.

Strong technical insight into security technologies, analytics, cybercrime systems, and OSINT/broadcast monitoring platforms.

A visionary mindset with demonstrated ability to resource, scale, and optimize technical teams.

Track record of delivering innovative, integrated solutions in complex, high-stakes environments.

Based in (or open to relocating to) Dubai, UAE — a global hub for innovation and security technology.
