Job Purpose
This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization’s IT infrastructure to ensure systems are available, and performing effectively. This includes the administration and support of LAN/WAN networks, servers, internet services, and related technologies that enable smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Support and maintain ICT assets as assigned, with a proactive and adaptable approach to IT operations.

Assist in managing systems, servers, and networks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Provide basic support for office technologies such as CCTV and related systems (training can be provided).

Support enterprise applications such as Microsoft 365 and other business applications from an infrastructure and user support perspective.

Stay updated with relevant technology trends and suggest improvements where applicable.

Identify and report system issues, and assist in implementing solutions.

Support implementation of IT security practices across systems, networks, and endpoints.

Ensure smooth functioning of core IT services such as antivirus, printing, and email.

Assist in providing secure remote access (e.g., VPN) to users.

Respond to user support requests and coordinate with helpdesk or senior team members to resolve issues within agreed timelines.

Provide basic technical support and guidance to end users.

Support resolution of technical issues and escalate complex problems when required.

Perform other related IT tasks as assigned by ICT Management.

Exposure to ERP systems (such as SAP) is an added advantage.
Qualifications & Background:

Engineering Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Software Engineering.

A total of 8 years in IT and minimum 4-5 years in an IT environment in similar position.

Certification in ITIL, CISCO, Microsoft & other leading IT technology vendors.
