Core Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and technical support, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial environments.

Strong experience managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 services.
-
Hands-on experience with endpoint management and deployment solutions such as SCCM, Intune, and CrowdStrike.

Advanced knowledge of network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VPN, VLANs, switching, routing, and firewall administration.

Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware and/or Hyper-V) and enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and IT compliance requirements.

Proven experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications, servers, workstations, and network infrastructure.
