Senior Information Technology Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, software, and networks. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure smooth IT operations, and deliver excellent user support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to internal users
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Support Windows, macOS, and basic Linux environments
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions (AD, email, VPN)
  • Monitor system performance and respond to IT incidents
  • Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and SOPs
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or vendors when needed
  • Ensure data security, backups, and antivirus updates
  • Support office IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and basic servers

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Understanding of hardware troubleshooting and system configuration
  • Good communication and customer service skills

Additional Requirements

  • Candidate must have their own valid visa
