Job Description
Technical Expertise- Strong architectural understanding of Microsoft Azure, AWS, and/or GCP services — Compute, Storage, Net Servicesing, Security, and Identity.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, with strong hands-on experience using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, and Group Policy administration.
- Strong background in Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365 hybrid environments, and Identity synchronization (AD Connect, Entra ID).
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and enterprise backup/disaster recovery solutions.
- Proficiency in net Services and security infrastructure — Firewalls, VPNs, NSGs, WAFs, Load Balancers, Application Gateways, and Azure Firewall.
- Experience implementing Azure Policy, RBAC, and Governance models across multiple subscriptions and environments.
- Servicesing knowledge of Monitoring, Observability, and Management tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Zabbix, SolarWinds, etc.).
- Proficiency with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Ansible).
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts and infrastructure integration with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Business Continuity Planning (BCP), High Availability, and Disaster Recovery (DR) frame Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of secure, scalable, and resilient cloud and on-premises infrastructure solutions.
- Define technical standards and governance frame Services for infrastructure, cloud operations, and automation.
- Oversee hybrid connectivity and integrations — ExpressRoute, VPNs, VNet peering, Private Endpoints, and on-prem extensions.
- Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives including migration to cloud-native and containerized solutions.
- Optimize cloud operations through monitoring, automation, and cost management.
- Implement and enforce compliance with organizational security, identity, and configuration standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to infrastructure and cloud operations teams.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, and application teams on solution designs, deployments, and operational readiness.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and maintenance using IaC, configuration management, and scripting.
- Maintain enterprise documentation, including designs, topology diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Participate in strategic planning, capacity management, and technology roadmap development.
- Lead disaster recovery planning, testing, and post-incident analysis.
- Stay current with emerging cloud and infrastructure technologies, recommending continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must hold at least one advanced manpower certification from the following domains:
o Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
o AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Manpower / Associate
o Google Cloud Manpower Cloud Architect
o VMware VCP-DCV / Cisco CCNP / CompTIA Cloud+
o ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
Minimum Experience- 10–12 years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in infrastructure design, cloud architecture, and operations.
- Proven track record in leading hybrid infrastructure (on-premises + multi-cloud) environments.
- Demonstrated experience in infrastructure modernization, automation, migration, and security governance projects.
- Prior experience in mentoring or guiding technical teams and participating in strategic technology planning.
