Senior Infrastructure Engineer – VMware & Nutanix

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment, configuration, and management of VMware vSphere clusters, vSAN, NSX, and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) .
• Implement and support Nutanix HCI platforms (AOS, AHV, NUS) , including Nutanix DR solutions.
• Drive performance optimization, troubleshooting, and proactive health checks for virtualization and HCI layers.
• Participate in architecture workshops, turning business requirements into robust, scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Plan and execute complex infrastructure migrations across VMware and Nutanix environments.
• Provide advanced (L3) support for critical virtualization incidents, minimizing downtime.
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with network, DevOps, and application teams to solve multi-domain infrastructure challenges.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strong expertise in Nutanix HCI (AOS, AHV, NUS) and DR solutions .
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and VCF operations/automation .
• Proven track record of troubleshooting and optimizing complex enterprise environments .
• Ability to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-performance infrastructure solutions .
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates should have experience in delivering services within a Service Integrator environment, managing multi-vendor enterprise projects and client expectations.
