About Your New Job:
  • We are looking for a highly analytical and business Senior Insights Analyst to play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive commercial performance. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, RTM, RGM, Supply Chain, and Business Intelligence teams to understand market dynamics, customer performance, field execution, and route-to-market opportunities. The Senior Insights Analyst will independently lead analytical workstreams and support strategic decision-making.

About Your New Job Responsibilities:

1-Deliver Actionable Business Insights:
  • Analyze internal sales, execution, availability, and distribution data to identify commercial opportunities, performance gaps, and growth levers.
  • Build clear, concise insight stories that translate complex datasets into practical recommendations for business teams.
  • Support strategic reviews by delivering deep dives on channel/region/customer performance.

2-Partner with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Work closely with Sales to monitor KPIs, route performance, cooler execution, and customer potentiality.
  • Partner with RTM and RGM to inform route expansions, coverage models, product mix decisions, and commercial initiatives.
  • Partner with Marketing to measure the impact of campaigns/activities on key internal and external KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement

3-Operational Excellence:
  • Deep-dive analyses on distribution, execution, cooler productivity, customer coverage, and sales performance to uncover root causes and improvement levers.
  • Implement systematic monitoring routines to track execution KPIs, identify early warning signals, and evaluate the impact of commercial initiatives.
  • Promote a data-driven culture by simplifying complex analysis into easy-to-use business frameworks.


ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
  • University degree in business, economics, statistics, engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Insights, or Commercial Analysis (FMCG experience preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI and geospatial tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs, RTM models, execution metrics, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to influence non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, highly operational environment.
  • High attention to detail, structured thinking, and problem-solving capability.
