Senior Insurance Coordinator – Medical Endorsements

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Process endorsement requests (additions, deletions, corrections, and changes in coverage).
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Liaise with insurers for endorsement issuance, policy documents, and premium adjustments.
• Maintain trackers, reports, and records of endorsements and placements.
• Review and verify policy documents, invoices, and certificates before client delivery.
• Ensure compliance with DHA, DOH, and other UAE insurance regulations.
• Work closely with accounts for reconciliations and billing adjustments.
• Support process improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members.
