Senior Integration Developer - IBM & Middleware

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Integration Developer with strong expertise in IBM Integration technologies and enterprise middleware platforms.

In this role, you will design, develop, and support complex integration solutions that connect critical enterprise systems across banking, government, or large-scale enterprise environments.

You will play a key role in building secure, scalable, and high-performance integration architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise integration solutions using IBM Middleware technologies
• Implement and maintain IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus (IIB) / App Connect Enterprise (ACE) flows
• Build and optimize message-driven architectures and event-based systems
• Develop APIs and integration services across heterogeneous systems
• Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and fault tolerance
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews
• Ensure compliance with security, encryption, and enterprise standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Architects, BAs, DevOps, Operations)

Requirements

Required Skills

• 6–10+ years of experience in enterprise integration development
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• • IBM MQ
  • IBM Integration Bus (IIB) / IBM ACE
  • Message Queues & Pub/Sub models
• Experience with REST, SOAP, Web Services, APIs
• Strong understanding of SOA, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture
• Experience with security protocols (SSL, OAuth, Encryption)
• Knowledge of Linux / Unix environments
• Experience in high-transaction, mission-critical environments

Nice to Have

• Banking or financial services experience
• Experience with Kafka or other event streaming tools
• Exposure to DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
• Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure)
