Senior Integration Lead (Project-Based / Contractual)

Role Overview: We are seeking an Integration Lead for a project-based engagement. The role will start upon project award and is limited to the project duration. The Integration Lead will oversee system integration, API design, and streaming pipelines to ensure seamless connectivity and reliable data flow across the project ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and management of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware solutions.
• Ensure connectivity and interoperability between systems, applications, and cloud platforms.
• Define and enforce integration standards, protocols, and best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and data teams to ensure aligned and scalable integration solutions.
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for reliability and scalability.
• Support documentation, governance, and compliance requirements for integration processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 6–10 years’ experience in systems integration, middleware, or API management.
• Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, messaging queues, ETL pipelines, and streaming data platforms.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns, cloud platforms, and hybrid architectures.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Knowledge of KSA-specific compliance, security, and enterprise standards is preferred.
• Arabic language proficiency is beneficial.
