Senior Interior Design (ID) Inspector

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Interior Design Inspector to oversee and ensure the quality and compliance of interior design works across our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, materials, and finishes, along with a deep understanding of design standards and construction practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect interior finishes, materials, and installations to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications

Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve design-related issues

Review shop drawings and material submittals for approval

Monitor progress and quality of interior works on-site

Ensure adherence to local codes, safety standards, and project timelines

Prepare inspection reports and maintain documentation

Requirements:

Degree in Interior Design or Architecture

Must be based in Dubai

Minimum 7 years of experience in interior design inspection

Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and design detailing

Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and local authority regulations

Excellent communication and reporting skills
